My friend Susanne Günther is a gifted artist. Whether photography or painting, she constantly reinvents herself and is an inexhaustible source of visual highlights. Just like her interpretation of the painting “Portrait of a Young Girl“, which was created by the artist “Petrus Christus” sometime between 1465 and 1470. Susanne has always loved this painting. Then one day she got on a bus in Düsseldorf and there she actually discovered the reincarnation of Christus young woman. Susanne approached the girl, persuaded her to have her photo taken and placed her in front of a background she had painted. The result is so similar to the original painting that a reverse image search on Google, based on Susanne’s interpretation, immediately lands on the original painting of Christus.

Meine Freundin Susanne Günther ist eine begnadete Künstlerin. Ob Fotografie oder Malerei, sie erfindet sich immer wieder neu und ist eine unerschöpfliche Quelle für visuelle Highlights. So wie ihre Interpretation des Gemäldes “Portrait einer jungen Frau“, welches der Künstler “Petrus Christus” irgendwann zwischen 1465 und 1470 gemalt hat. Susanne hat dieses Bild schon immer geliebt. Dann stieg sie eines Tages in Düsseldorf in einen Bus und entdeckte dort tatsächlich die Reinkarnation der jungen Frau von Christus. Susanne sprach das Mädchen an, überredete sie, sich von ihr fotografieren zu lassen und stellte sie vor einen von ihr gemalte Hintergrund. Das Endergebnis ist dem Originalgemälde so ähnlich, dass, ausgehend von Susannes Interpretation, eine umgekehrte Bildersuche bei Google, sofort auf dem Original von Christus landet.
